Whatever a client seeks therapy for the issue and/or concern is unique to them. Every client is different and no issue or concern is the same. I work collaboratively with my clients, using different tools and techniques that best support the client.
About me and my practice
Counselling and psychotherapy can mean different things for different people, but in general it is a process people seek when they want to change something in their lives or simply explore their thoughts and feelings in more depth; particularly if this is causing them distress.
My work is diverse and I support a range of different clients. I only work with adults, 18 years and above and I work with individuals on a 1 to 1 basis.
Prior to working as a full time therapist, my background is in the performing arts industry, education and leadership and management. I currently work at the University of Kent supporting students to achieve their best and manage their studying.
